Terms and Conditions

Client to Supply: Any text, assets, and external images required for the design process.

Client Responsibilities: All design work created is original to the best of our knowledge. However, clients are advised to conduct trademark and visual searches and ensure legal compliance. We are not liable for any accidental infringements against copyright or trademark.

Payment Terms: An initial invoice and deposit of a non-refundable 50% is needed in order to begin any work. The remaining balance will be invoiced based on milestones and delievrables.

Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon client approval and distribution of the final files, copyright and usage rights for the logo design are assigned to the client. The client gains full ownership and unrestricted usage of the logo for their intended purposes, including marketing materials, website, and promotional activities.
